Shannon Traxson

Owner & Office Manager

Shannon Traxson is a wife and mother of four girls, which means she carries two full time jobs.  She specialized in taking care of all the pertinent paperwork, filing medical certifications, handling insurance policy claims and basically keeping our office running smoothly.  Shannon is truly one of the main reasons that Hannigan Smith is able to carry on such excellence in family care.  She believes that God Blesses our staff with the ability to serve families and that her ministry is to walk our family's through the weeks and months after their services are handled.  After care is one of the most important yet overlooked aspects of this business and we at Hannigan Smith do all we can to assure you that we are not just here for the service.......we will hold your hand until you are ready to let go.

Kimberly Golden

Funeral Director

Kimberly Golden is a graduate of Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Service and of Tyler Junior College. She has been surrounded by the funeral service industry her entire life, as her parents owned and operated Chandler Memorial for over twenty years and her grandparents owned and operated Tyler Memorial for over thirty-five.

Like her father and grandfather before her, Kim believes God has enabled her with the necessary skills to lift others up during their time of loss and help them through the funeral process. It is her pleasure to work alongside her family of co-workers to accomplish this task for the families they serve.
