Funeral services for Yvonne Marie Brown, 75, of Murchison, are scheduled for 3:00 p.m., Sunday, October 31, 2021 at Hannigan Smith Funeral Home. She will be laid to rest at Leagueville Cemetery next to her husband under the direction of Hannigan Smith Funeral Home.

Mrs. Brown passed away October 26, 2021 in Tyler.

Yvonne Marie (Jernigan) Brown was born September 17, 1946 in Dallas County, the daughter of James “J.E.” Burns and Margie Nell (Mayhall) Burns. She enjoyed gardening and loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Yvonne was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister that will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John Brown and brother, James Michael Burns.

Survivors include daughter, Shana Todd and husband Jerry of Murchison; sister, Hollie Stearns and husband Billy of Irving; grandchildren, Christian White and husband Shawn, Cinnamon Schimdt and husband Thomas, Gerald Todd, Jr., Tristan Todd and great grandchildren, Michael White and Gabriel White.

A visitation will be held Saturday, October 30, 2021 from 6-8:00 p.m. at Hannigan Smith Funeral Home.
