He is preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.
Survivors include his parents, Jose Juarez of Athens, Elvira May & husband Jimi; son, Jayce Juarez and daughter, Kyla Juarez; sister Daisy Reynolds and spouse Nicky of LaRue and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Hannigan Smith Funeral Home family.
