Obituary for Sandra Darlene Webb (Partin)
Funeral services for Sandra Webb, 72, of Rockwall, are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Friday, January 21, 2022, at Hannigan Smith Funeral Home of Athens. Interment will follow at Union Cemetery in Cross Roads under the direction of Hannigan Smith Funeral Home.
Ms. Webb passed away January 15, 2022, in Rockwall.
Sandra Darlene (Partin) Webb was born December 24, 1949, in Athens, the daughter of Billy O’Neil Partin and Martha Avilene (Mewbourn) Partin-Farmer. She graduated from Athens High School in 1968 and retired as an executive assistant with KPMG of Dallas after more than 20 years. Sandra was a faithful member of the Elks Lodge #1984 in Garland and during her free time enjoyed gardening, crocheting, traveling, and spending time with her grandchildren. She will be remembered as vivacious, fun loving, and carefree to those that knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Martha “Mutt” Farmer; stepfather, Vernon L. Farmer; brother, Billy Don Partin and sister, June Knott.
Survivors include son, Dr. Steven Bray and wife Dee of Heath; sister, Carol Dian Smith of Tulsa, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Morgan Liles of Dallas, Jillian Bray of Heath, Carter Bray of Heath; nephew, Jason Knott of Athens, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a host of friends.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Hannigan Smith Funeral Home family.
