María Villedas Resendiz nació el 19 de enero del 1950 en San Luis Potosí, México, hija de Ezequiel Villedas y Cenaida Reyes Villedas. Le encantaba asistir a la iglesia y ayudar en la iglesia con la guardería. Ella disfrutaba pasar tiempo con sus nietos y le gustaba cocinar. Ella fue una esposa, madre, abuela y bisabuela que será muy extrañada por todos los que llegaron a conocerla.
Le precedieron en la muerte sus padres.
A María le sobreviven su amado esposo Delfino Resendiz; hijos y hijas, Martin Resendiz, Blanca Resendiz, Lulu Resendiz, Arturo Rezendiz; dos hermanas, Fidela Videllas, Aurelia Villedas; un hermano Agustín Villedas; nueve nietos y tres bisnietos.
La visita se llevará a cabo el lunes 21 de enero del 2019 en la funeraria Hannigan Smith de 6:00-8:00 P.M.

Maria passed away on January 19, 2019 in Athens, Texas.
Maria Villedas Resendiz was born January 19, 1950 in San Luis Potosi, Mexico the daughter of Ezequiel Villedas and Cenaida Reyes Villedas. She loved attending church and helping at church with nursery. She enjoyed her grandkids and cooking. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who will be greatly missed.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Maria is survived by her loving husband Delfino Resendiz; children, Martin Resendiz, Blanca Resendiz, Lulu Resendiz, Arturo Rezendiz; two sisters, Fidela Videllas, Aurelia Villedas; one brother Agustin Villedas; nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Monday, January 21, 2019 at the Hannigan Smith Funeral Home from 6:00-8:00 P.M.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Hannigan Smith Funeral Home family.
