Obituary for Linda Rochelle Hubbard (Andrews)
Funeral services for Linda Hubbard, 56, of Tyler, are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Saturday, November 19, 2022, at Hannigan Smith Funeral Home, with Bishop Sam Cumby and Pastor Bill Burton officiating. Interment will follow at Athens Cemetery under the direction of Hannigan Smith Funeral Home.
Ms. Hubbard passed away on November 12, 2022, in Dallas.
Linda Rochelle (Andrews) Hubbard was born on August 20, 1966, in Athens, Texas, the daughter of Persentha Andrews and Annette Faye (Jones) Andrews. She was everyone’s favorite auntie and loved caring for family, especially children. Linda enjoyed relaxing, watching television, and spending time with family and friends. She will be missed by all those that knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her father, Persentha Andrews; daughter, LaTosha Hubbard; son, Eric Hubbard Jr.; maternal grandmother, Anester Larkin; siblings, Cynthia Andrews, Larry Andrews, Persentha Andrews, Jr., and Steven Andrews.
Survivors include mother, Annette Andrews of Athens; daughter, Erica Covington and husband Cody of Houston; siblings, Antrionette Andrews of Athens, Lynette Calhoun and husband Anthony of Palestine, James Andrews and wife Rosie of Athens, Charles Andrews and wife Bernadette of Sacramento, California; grandchildren, Arianna Covington of Houston, Caden Covington and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Chance Andrews, Cody Covington, Philip Dedios, Ryan Calhoun, Wayne Wortham, and Eric Hubbard will serve as pallbearers.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, November 19, 2022, from 1-2:00 p.m. at Hannigan Smith Funeral Home prior to the service.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Hannigan Smith Funeral Home family.
