A memorial visitation for Kandace Henshaw, 30, of Athens, is scheduled for Friday, October 22, 2021 from 5-7:00 p.m. at Hannigan Smith Funeral Home.
Kandace passed away on October 3, 2021 in Tyler.
Kandace Ranee Henshaw was born January 28, 1991 in Athens, the daughter of Thomas Shayne Patrick Henshaw and Robin Michelle (Pritchett) Williams. She had an outgoing personality and enjoyed staying up on the latest news. Kandace enjoyed going to church, loved cooking and also enjoyed watching cooking shows. She cherished her family, loved picking on her little brothers and adored her children. Kandace will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Janice Martin and cousin, Tyland Wolfe.
Survivors include mother, Michelle Williams of Athens; father, Thomas Henshaw and wife Teri of Little Rock, Arkansas; children, Kiely Shelton of Athens, Zayden Brown of Athens, Nathan Brown of Athens; siblings, Ashley Gardner of Greenville, Michael Henshaw and wife Mariah Crow of Bentonville, Arkansas, John Henshaw of Athens, Dylan Henshaw of Athens; nieces and nephews, Morgan Crow, Tristan Nunn, Ian Henshaw, Braxton Henshaw, Hunter Henshaw; maternal grandparents, Roger and Debbie Starkes, Gary and Dee Pritchett; aunts and uncles, Sharon Buckley, Patricia Davis, Kimberly Sherrell, Blake Pritchett, Sonny Pritchett, Adam Pritchett as well as numerous cousins.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Hannigan Smith Funeral Home family.
