Obituary for Jane Kibbe (Wise)
Jane Kibbe, 86, of Athens, passed away on February 8, 2021 in Athens.
Jane (Wise) Kibbe was born September 11, 1934 in Houston, Texas, the daughter of Frederick Nathaniel Wise and Dorcas Josephine (Clark) Wise. She was a member of the Athens Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses and she loved sharing her faith. Jane also enjoyed being in God’s creation and was always helping others. She enjoyed reading and gardening and was a loving mother, sister and grandmother who will be greatly missed by all she knew and loved.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, David Wise.
Jane is survived by her children, Nancy Walton of Nacogdoches, Brenda Ledesma of Athens, David Norred of Longview, Fred Norred of Round Rock; brother, Paul Wise of Virginia Beach, Virginia and numerous grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Hannigan Smith Funeral Home family.
