Obituary for Elizabeth Faye Crutchfield (McKinnon)
Elizabeth Crutchfield, 62, of Athens, passed away July 31, 2022, in Malakoff.
Elizabeth Faye (McKinnon) Crutchfield was born October 28, 1959, in Tyler, the daughter of Cecil Vernon McKinnon and Lois Mildred (Pearce) Crutchfield. Faye worked as a caregiver with her sisters, Evelyn and Gloria, and her mother before becoming a homemaker. She had a green thumb and enjoyed all things arts and crafts. Faye loved her family dearly and enjoyed being with them. She will be missed by all those that knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Firm Miles Crutchfield, and siblings, Evelyn McKinnon and Allen McKinnon.
Survivors include children, Fern Marilynn Rackley of Athens, Eva Crutchfield of Athens, Cameron Crutchfield of Athens; siblings, Jean Irvin and husband Danny of Athens, Loretta Crutchfield of Larue; grandchildren, Chasity Rackley, Chase Rackley, Casey Rackley, Hannah Pryor, Kade Boles, Makayla Crutchfield; great-grandchildren, Prestyn Marcus, Rowan Rackley, and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Honorary pallbearers will be Devin Hall, Maalik Hall, Jamaze Roberts, Elton Crutchfield, Dakota Crutchfield, and LaChance Crutchfield.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Hannigan Smith Funeral Home family.
