Graveside services for Doylene Powell, 89, of Athens, are scheduled for Thursday, August 1, 2019 at 3:00 PM at Oakwood Cemetery in Comanche under direction of Hannigan Smith Funeral Home.
Ms. Powell passed away July 26, 2019 in Athens. She was born November 13, 1929 in Mertzon to the late William Doyle Gillette and Hazel C. (Wood) Gillette.
Survivors include daughters, Gay Powell of Colorado City, Colorado and Elane Lewis and husband Dale of Malakoff; and three grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Hannigan Smith Funeral Home family.
